I am Hervé Adeotan Idjidina, the founder & CEO of GSIB LLC, a Coaching business dedicated to guide, empower, and support people and organizations as they rise above obstacles, unlock their true potential, and achieve their greatest goals and dreams.

Here is my personal story and the reason why I founded GSIB.

For years, I lived in a paradox: I was a banker for over 12 years, even serving as Finance Director of a major bank, yet I was drowning in financial struggles. I earned a lot of money, but it seemed to vanish as quickly as it came. Every business or investment I started collapsed, leaving behind heavy debts.

The weight of failure touched every part of my life. My health suffered, my emotions were in turmoil, and eventually, even the unity of my family was broken through a painful divorce.

Then one day, in the midst of confusion and despair, I heard a clear voice within me: “It’s not about money. It’s about your mindset, your core beliefs, and your philosophy of life. Change those first. Then, consistently embody your new beliefs, and order will emerge from your chaos.”

That moment was a turning point. I began the difficult journey of shifting my mindset and transforming my life philosophy. During that time, I discovered a trustworthy company specializing in helping people significantly reduce their debt. They also offered tools and trainings to build a realistic budget, create an emergency fund, and start investing—even small amounts—to move from financial crisis toward financial stability and prosperity. Following their guidance and using their tools and programs brought back hope, clarity and progressive growth, not only in my finances, but in my entire life.

Today, my mission is simple yet profound: “Shifting mindsets and increasing wellbeing and growth—one person at a time, one business at a time.”

Through Life Coaching, Business Coaching, and Financial Coaching, I help others rewrite their life, business, and financial stories—guiding them to break free from the same cycles that once held me back.
